While fans are salivating for the chance to see what Rihanna and Drake will be up to in their highly anticipated "Take Care" video, the singer opened up a bit about the clip.

In an interview with Capital FM, the always-feisty Rihanna teased that she recently saw the finished video and it lived up to her expectations.

"I can't wait to see what all my fans think. I saw it a couple of days ago. I love it," she said. "It's beautiful. It's different from anything Drake has ever done."

Ri was spotted heading to one of Drake's shows earlier this week in London when he performed at the O2 arena. Post-show, the twosome were spotted at London hotspot Low. Perhaps she saw the video during their hangout session?

Rihanna and Drake previously appeared together in her video for "What's My Name?" In the clip, the real-life pals played a lovey-dovey couple, and fans have been waiting to see what these two had in store for the "Take Care" video since February, when word of the shoot went public.

Director Yoann Lemoine called the three-day shoot "very minimal" and "mellow," adding, "They seemed to be super close, and that's what I wanted for the video. They fit together pretty well, so it was just easy.

"There's a lot of space in the video, and I wanted the visuals to pay tribute to that," he continued. "It pays tribute to nature. When I listened to the track, I was seeing a landscape ... involving animals and massive landscapes. I won't say too much, but it's very surprising that there are very few elements in it. It's very simple but there's this big sense of emptiness in it. It's not narrative at all, and it involves animals."

American Idol eliminated one finalist last night, leaving eight remaining, all hoping to strike it big, earn a Grammy nomination and sell millions of records.

The hip hot artist brought her fun attitude and all of her cleavage to the results show this week, dancing around the stage and performing a version of "Starships," the debut track off a new album that comes out on April 3.

Measuring the cosmic dust swept up by Earth

ScienceDaily (Mar. 29, 2012) ? Although we think of space as being empty, there is more out there than meets the eye -- dust, for example, is everywhere. If all the material between the Sun and Jupiter were compressed together it would form a moon 25 km across. Now a new research programme will try to see how much of this dust enters Earth's atmosphere. Metals from the cosmic dust play a part in various phenomena that affect our climate. An accurate estimate of dust would also help us understand how particles are transported through different layers of Earth's atmosphere.

Professor John Plane of the University of Leeds will present the Cosmic Dust in the Terrestrial Atmosphere (CODITA) project on March 30 at the National Astronomy Meeting in Manchester.

The main sources of dust in the Solar system are collisions between asteroids, and material evaporating off comets as they approach the Sun. When dust particles approach Earth they enter the atmosphere at very high speeds, anything from 38 000 to 248 000 kilometres an hour, depending on whether they are orbiting in the same direction or the opposite to Earth's motion around the Sun.

The particles undergo very rapid heating through collisions with air molecules, reaching temperatures well in excess of 1600 degrees Celsius. At this point they melt and evaporate. Particles with diameters greater than about 2 millimetres give off enough material to produce visible meteors, or 'shooting stars'. But most of the mass of dust particles entering the atmosphere are much smaller than this, so can be detected only using specialised meteor radars.

"We have a conundrum -- estimates of how much dust comes in vary by a factor of a hundred," said Plane. "The aim of CODITA is to resolve this huge discrepancy."

Satellite observations suggest that 100-300 tonnes of cosmic dust enter the atmosphere each day. This figure tallies with the rate of accumulation in polar ice cores and deep-sea sediments of rare elements linked to cosmic dust, such as iridium and osmium. However, measurements in Earth's atmosphere indicate that the input could be as low as 5 tonnes per day. These measurements include meteor radar observations, laser observations of the sodium and iron atoms from evaporating dust in the upper atmosphere, and measurements by high altitude aircraft of meteoritic iron in the lower stratosphere.

"If the dust input is around 200 tons per day, then the particles are being transported down through the middle atmosphere considerably faster than generally believed; if the 5-tonne figure is correct, we will need to revise substantially our understanding of how dust evolves in the Solar System and is transported from the middle atmosphere to the surface," said Plane.

The metals injected into the atmosphere from evaporating dust particles are involved in a diverse range of phenomena linked to climate change.

"Cosmic dust is associated with the formation of 'noctilucent' clouds -- the highest clouds in Earth's atmosphere. The dust particles provide a surface for the cloud's ice crystals to form. These clouds develop during summer in the polar regions and they appear to be an indicator of climate change,' said Plane. "The metals from the dust also affect ozone chemistry in the stratosphere. The amount of dust present will be important for any geo-engineering initiatives to increase sulphate aerosol to offset global warming. Cosmic dust also fertilises the ocean with iron, which has potential climate feedbacks because marine phytoplankton emit climate-related gases."

CODITA has received a ?2.5 million grant from the European Research Council to investigate the dust input over the next 5 years. The international team, led by Professor Plane, is made up of 11 scientists in Leeds and a further 10 research groups in the US and Germany.

The CODITA team will also use laboratory facilities to tackle some of the least well-understood aspects of the problem.

Plane explained, "In the lab, we'll be looking at the nature of cosmic dust evaporation, as well as the formation of meteoric smoke particles, which play a role in ice nucleation and the freezing of polar stratospheric clouds. The results will be incorporated into a chemistry-climate model of the whole atmosphere. This will make it possible, for the first time, to model the effects of cosmic dust consistently from the outer Solar System to the Earth's surface."

Full face transplant promises less risk of rejection

Surgeons in the US have performed what they claim is the most extensive full-face transplant yet performed, repairing the face of a 37-year-old man who lost his lips and nose 15 years ago in a gunshot accident. The graft could reveal better ways to stop a patient's body rejecting donated tissue.

Richard Lee Norris of Hillsville, Virginia, received almost the entire face from a donor. The donated tissue ran from the scalp and included all elements of the face down to ? but not including ? the collar bones. It also contained the bones of both jaws, teeth devoid of any fillings, and the third of the tongue extending to its tip.

"All these segments have been transplanted in the past and the other groups of surgeons have led the way for us, but no one has included all these components," says lead surgeon Eduardo Rodriguez of the University of Maryland Medical Center in Baltimore, where the 36-hour operation took place on 19 and 20 March.

The other major innovation is the inclusion in the jaws of the donor's bone marrow, still fed by blood vessels, which could mean that Norris will need less immunosuppressing therapy to stop his body rejecting the foreign grafts.

Chimeric harmony

Experiments by Rodriguez's team in animals ? published last year in the American Journal of Transplantation (DOI: 10.1111/j.1600-6143.2011.03551.x) ? demonstrated that transplants suffer less rejection by the immune system if they include "vascularised" bone marrow fed by blood vessels, than if there is no bone at all in the transplant.

"We have confirmation of that in vascularised bone transplants," says Rodriguez. "So vascularised bone marrow might be better than infusions of bone marrow stem cells to create a situation where the donor and recipient cells can live in chimeric harmony."

The hope is that the same effect will be seen in Norris. "The good thing is the large vascularised bone marrow content, which has potential to assist in the long-term survival of the graft," says Rodriguez.

Increasing challenges

The breakthrough continues a trend of steadily larger facial grafts since the first, in 2005, on Isabelle Dinoire in France. That graft covered only the lower part of her face. A Spanish team in 2010 announced what they claimed was the first full-face transplant, but Rodriguez says that it didn't include the tongue.

"The reason surgeons are transplanting more and more tissue is because increasingly difficult patients with more and more deficits are being considered for transplant," says Maria Siemionow of the Cleveland Clinic Foundation in Ohio, the surgeon whose team carried out the first US face transplant in 2008.

But Siemionow says it doesn't necessarily mean that "more is better", as there are risks in removing perfectly functional pre-existing tissue to replace it with donated tissue. "And you have potential problems with bail-out or rescue procedures if the graft goes wrong."

For example, Siemionow's transplant patient, Connie Culp, had functional upper eyelids, so it would have been risky to sacrifice those to replace them with donated tissue.

Abilities regained

According to Siemionow, the most important advance in face transplants over the previous practice of using skin grafts is that the transplant includes functional elements such as nerves and muscles which integrate with the patient's own to give them abilities they may have lost through an accident.

Norris, for example, couldn't chew food or speak properly, but has the promise to do so now that he has new jaws and teeth, and a complete tongue which should enable him to pronounce words properly. Meanwhile, Culp can now breathe independently, smile, eat solid food, smell, and sense full feelings in her face, none of which she could do before.

Siemionow says the biggest unsolved challenge remains the need for lifelong immunosuppression. "That's a very important goal for the future," she says.

She adds that it remains to be seen whether Rodriguez's claims for vascularised bone marrow improving acceptance will prove correct.

Another important development is coordination between transplant providers. A US and international registry of potential recipients is to be launched later this year.

Google dives into personal analytics with new Account Activity feature

We recently saw Stephen Wolfram reveal what he called the personal analytics of his life (built from decades of meticulous data collection), and it looks like Google is now going some way towards making that easier for you to do yourself. It rolled out its new Account Activity feature today, an opt-in tool (still technically in beta) that tracks your activity across Google's services and delivers a report each month on your internet use. That includes things like the number of emails sent and received, your most contacted email addresses, information about your search history (if you have it enabled), stats from Google Latitude, and the different browsers and devices you've used to sign into Google services. What's more, that's apparently just the beginning -- Google says it plans to incorporate even more services over the next few months.

What is the best prostate cancer treatment? This question has haunted millions of men and their doctors for well over one hundred years. He may just want you to wait and watch. The reason for this is prostate cancer is so slow growing and the symptoms are so slow developing, he may not know which treatment may be the best for you. However, this period of watching will make sure your team of medical professionals gets your treatment right, the first time around.

Now that you are over your shock here is some more information which may ease your mind.

The truth is the best prostate cancer treatment may well only be one type of treatment or it may be a combination of several. In other words again depending on the stage level of your illness one or more treatments will be recommended. This can be a complex decision so you may want to get a second opinion. This means the infected areas will receive radioactive waves plus a hormone which will block the male testosterone being release into the prostate.

However, you may also find your medical team will recommend the above treatment combined with a radical prostatectomy. What this means for you is of course removal of the prostate and the radioactive treatment to the surrounding tissues. With the advances made in medical technology, such as laser beams, the prostatectomy can be performed with little or no damage done to the surrounding nerves and nerve endings.

That is really good news for the majority of men now, as it means you will not have anywhere near the problems with erectile dysfunction, as so many did in the past years.

In conclusion common sense tells you that you have many options as for as to the treatment you will receive for prostate cancer. But as stated above it is important for you to consult your medical team before deciding on the best prostate cancer treatment.

'Walking Dead' boss: We're on a killing spree

Some of these folks are already dead -- Sophia, Shane and Dale -- but will everyone make it out of season 2 alive? Not likely.

"The Walking Dead" heads into Sunday's Season 2 finale with the death toll mounting and showrunner Glen Mazzara promising even more losses for the group to come.

In the past two episodes Rick's group has lost two pivotal members in moral compass Dale and wildcard Shane, who were attacked by a walker and murdered, respectively.

"If you count up all the deaths, we're on a big killing spree here," Mazzara said Thursday during a conference call with reporters. "There's more bloodshed coming. These characters have felt that they are safe on this farm and they've been wrong. I guarantee there will be bloodshed."

While it's anyone's guess who will fall and how, THR takes a look at the 13 surviving members of the group to see who could be next to join Sophia, Dale and Shane as the group faces an incoming herd of zombies that promises to make for a bloody season finale.

Rick (Andrew Lincoln): No doubt the fearless leader will survive. After 94 issues of the comic, he's still chugging along -- only he may be missing a body part. Mazzara says the deaths on the AMC zombie series thus far have helped develop Rick the most. "[Shane's death] is a statement about our main character, that he's evolving as a person and as a leader and what he's willing to do," he says, noting that Rick killing his best friend was a lot messier than killing two outsiders who posed a threat to the group in the midseason return. Our vote: Totally safe.

Lori (Sarah Wayne Callies): While viewer backlash against Rick's wife is mounting -- "Can you watch Carl?" is almost becoming her catchphrase -- Mazzara told reporters that "nothing is over the line" for the writers, especially if the character's death is earned and it propels the story forward. When quizzed by reporters about the growing tide of viewers anxious to see her death, the showrunner noted that "no character is safe" and writers have "examined at different times killing every character." However, if the series could skip a major comic arc in Dale and Andrea's romance, it wouldn't be far-fetched to see the grating queen bee exit in a big shocker despite her comic death at the hands of The Governor. Our vote: Whack her!

Andrea (Laurie Holden): "If she makes it out of Episode 13, it will be interesting to see what she does," Mazzara says of the character, who this season -- after a romp with Shane -- has transformed from the cowering woman she once was. Following Dale's death, the group will need someone fighting to hold on to humanity, and with Andrea having taken up Dale's position -- and her continued presence in the comic -- the series still desperately needs her. Our vote: Survivor.

Daryl (Norman Reedus): Sans Shane, the group will need a No. 2. "If he survives the finale, I would certainly lean on that character heavily," Mazzara says of Daryl's Season 3 potential. "He's a viable leader and a viable No. 2. ... Daryl is the character, in a sense, that's preadapted to the world and most qualified to survive." Our vote: Just as safe as Rick.

Carol (Melissa McBride): Hasn't she been through enough? The prolonged search for Sophia ended with Carol's daughter revealed to have been turned into a walker and under the group's nose in Hershel's barn the whole time. Plus you know you want to see her hook up with Daryl. On the flip side, promos for the epic zombie invasion in the finale have her literally pinned up against a wall. Our vote: No Carol, no Daryl. Keep her.

Carl (Chandler Riggs): "If he survives, Carl will grow up in a world where the pre-apocalyptic world will be a distant memory," Mazzara says. The lone kid on the show is put through the ringer in the comics and creator Robert Kirkman loves writing for him. Plus we already know he's an excellent shot, having put a bullet in zombie Shane with chilling ease. "We do want to see Carl grow into that badass [in the comics]," Mazzara told reporters. Our vote: Has to survive.

T-Dog (Robert "IronE" Singleton): If you blink, you may very well miss him in most episodes but Mazzara says his seeming lack of story line is intentional. "In our minds, he's very smart in that he keeps his mouth shut and doesn't draw anyone's attention?... his agenda has been to survive," the showrunner told THR. "There was an intention here of why this guy was quiet; in our mind, he is playing everything close to the vest. There's a method to our madness." As a reward for patient viewers, Mazzara teases some "horrific" stuff from T-Dog and "some reason to love" the character. Our vote: "Horrific" doesn't sound safe to us.

Hershel (Scott Wilson): "This is my farm?... I'll die here," Hershel says in a clip from Sunday's finale. He's lost his wife, had a suicidal daughter and has given Glenn his blessing in his romance with his eldest daughter, Maggie. While the character goes out at the Governor's hands in the graphic novels, it doesn't look very likely that Hershel will make it off his cherished farm. Our vote: Badass Hershel looks awesome but that shotgun can't have much ammo in it.

Glenn (Steven Yeun): The former pizza delivery guy is?the group's go-to person for anything and everything (remember the well and the bloated zombie?). His ability to navigate through dangerous situations is a good one to have when the immediate future looks like this. Our vote: He's crafty enough to survive.

Maggie (Lauren Cohan): She's trapped in a car with the undead closing in around her and has been unwilling to leave Hershel, pulling Glenn closer into the family fold. If Hershel isn't leaving?... could Maggie? Then again, why is she in the car in the first place? Our vote: Could go either way.

Beth (Emily Kinney): Hershel's youngest daughter has already come thisclose to suicide with a chunk of shattered mirror. After taking inspiration from Andrea to heart, she now appears to have found a reason to live. But what's her role with the group? Could she wind up playing third wheel to Glenn and Maggie? She already seems uninterested in a long-term future with Jimmy, her boyfriend at the time of the apocalypse. Plus what function does she serve with the group? Our vote: A goner.

Patricia (Jane McNeil): Otis' wife has been handy to have in medical emergencies and around the house but did she ever get that weapons training with the rest of the group? How equipped is she when it comes to fending for herself? Is she even willing to leave longtime friend Hershel's side? Our vote: A goner.

Jimmy (James Allen McCune): The scrappy farmhand seems to have become increasingly useful, learning to shoot and helping Rick and Hershel catch a walker early in the season. Other skills: Watching Carl and supporting Beth. He'd be a useful addition to the group were he to survive. Our vote: Keep him.??
